Understanding Your Tasks Queue

Tasks at /tasks is the unified place for work that needs your attention. It brings research approvals, Sale Manager decisions, return-management plans, and Listing publish issues into one queue.

How Work Gets Here

A Task appears when ListForge needs your review or a decision before work can continue. Depending on the kind of Task, you may need to approve AI research, review a proposed Sale Manager action, inspect a return-management plan, or fix an eBay Listing issue.

What You See

Each Task shows what needs attention, why it needs you, and the action you can take. Open the Task to review its evidence and details before deciding.

AI Research

For research approval, check the product identification, comparable sales, pricing recommendation, and generated eBay Listing. Start with identification: if ListForge identified the wrong product, the downstream pricing and Listing details will also be wrong.

Sale Manager Plans

Review the proposed action, its reason, and any limits before approving or rejecting it.

Return Management Plans

Review the proposed response and supporting context before allowing the plan to continue.

Listing Publish Issues

Read the eBay error, fix the missing or invalid field, and retry publishing.

Your Options

The available actions depend on the Task. You may be able to approve, edit, reject, retry, or open the affected Item or Listing for more detail.

Efficiency Tips

  • Work from Tasks at /tasks whenever ListForge needs your review or a decision.
  • Check product identification before spending time on pricing or Listing details.
  • Use the evidence shown in the Task instead of approving from the title alone.
  • Resolve blocking eBay validation or connection issues before retrying publication.
  • Review related Tasks in batches when several Items finish together.
