Account Deletion

Learn how to request deletion of your ListForge account and associated app data.

ListForge users can request deletion of their account and associated app data from inside the mobile app or by contacting our privacy team. This page describes the steps, the data deleted, and the limited data we may retain when required for legal, security, or financial records.

1. Delete Your Account In-App

To request deletion from the ListForge mobile app:

  1. Open the ListForge app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Account, then Delete account.
  4. Review the confirmation details and submit the deletion request.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@list-forge.ai from the email address associated with your ListForge account. Include "Account deletion request" in the subject line.

3. Data Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we delete or de-identify:

  • Your account profile, including name and email address.
  • Item, inventory, listing, photo, and research data tied to your account.
  • Marketplace connection records and related access tokens.
  • Device tokens used for push notifications.

4. Data Retained

We may retain limited records when required for legitimate business, legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Examples include billing records, audit logs, support history, and records needed to resolve disputes or comply with applicable law.

5. Timeline

We process account deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and generally complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
