The web dashboard is your command center. Here's what each section does.
Pipeline Overview
At the top of the dashboard, you'll see your item pipeline — a visual breakdown of how many items are in each lifecycle stage:
| Stage | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Items awaiting research or not yet reviewed |
| Ready | Approved and ready to list |
| Listed | At least one active marketplace listing |
| Sold | All quantity sold |
This gives you an instant read on where your inventory stands.
Key Metrics
Below the pipeline, you'll find KPIs like:
- Items ready to list — approved items you haven't published yet
- Active listings — currently live across all marketplaces
- Revenue — total sales value
Quick Actions
The dashboard surfaces actions that need your attention:
- Items to review — AI research is complete and waiting for your approval
- Listings needing attention — publish failures, expired auth, validation errors
- Items needing work — research failed or was rejected
Main Navigation
The sidebar gives you access to every section:
- Dashboard — the overview you're looking at
- Review Queue — approve or reject AI-researched items
- Inventory — browse, filter, and manage all your items
- Capture — add new items via photo upload
- Import — bulk import from CSV or sync from a marketplace
- Lightning Estimator — quick value lookups
- Settings — marketplace connections, team management, billing
Each section in the sidebar shows a badge count when there are items needing attention — like unreviewed research results or listing errors.
