As your inventory grows, organization becomes critical. ListForge provides folders, tags, and filters to keep items organized and workflows efficient.
Using Folders
Creating Folders
- Click Folders in the sidebar
- Click New Folder
- Name your folder (e.g., “Estate Sale - Oak St”)
- Optionally set a color for visual identification
Folder Ideas
- By source: “Goodwill Finds”, “Estate Sales”, “Liquidation”
- By status: “Ready to Ship”, “Needs Photos”, “Awaiting Parts”
- By category: “Electronics”, “Clothing”, “Toys”
- By location: “Warehouse A”, “Home Office”, “Storage Unit”
Using Tags
Creating Tags
- Click any item
- Click Add Tag
- Type a tag name or select existing
- Press Enter to apply
Suggested Tags
- Priority: “urgent”, “high-value”, “bulk-lot”
- Condition: “NIB”, “Vintage”, “For Parts”
- Source: “Thrift”, “Auction”, “Wholesale”
- Status: “Photographed”, “Listed”, “Repricing”
Smart Filters
Built-in Filters
- Status: Draft, Ready, Listed, Sold, Archived
- Marketplace: eBay, Amazon, Facebook
- Price range: Filter by value
- Date: Added, modified, sold date ranges
- Research status: Pending, Complete, Failed
Batch Operations
Bulk Actions Available
- Move to folder
- Add/remove tags
- Change status
