Announcing Bulk Listing Automation

We’ve heard you: individual item processing works great for casual resellers, but high-volume operations need more. Today, we’re launching Bulk Listing Automation—designed for resellers processing 100+ items per week.

This feature has been in beta with power sellers for three months, and the results have been incredible: average listing time reduced by 80% for bulk operations.

What’s Included

Bulk Photo Upload

Upload entire photoshoots at once:

  • Drag and drop folders of photos
  • Automatic grouping by item (AI detects which photos belong together)
  • Zip file support for organized batch uploads
  • Up to 500 items per batch

No more uploading items one at a time. Photograph your entire haul, drop the folder, and let the system sort it out.

Parallel AI Research

When you upload a batch, AI research happens in parallel:

  • 10 items researched simultaneously (Pro plan)
  • 25 items simultaneously (Business plan)
  • Progress tracking shows completion percentage
  • Priority queue for urgent items

A batch of 100 items that would take 8+ hours sequentially completes in under an hour with parallel processing.

Bulk Review Interface

The new batch review screen is purpose-built for volume:

  • Grid view shows all items at a glance
  • Quick filters by confidence level, category, or price range
  • Bulk approve high-confidence items with one click
  • Focus mode for items needing attention
  • Keyboard navigation throughout

Reviewers in our beta averaged 200+ items per hour using the new interface.

Batch Publishing

Once reviewed, publish to marketplaces in bulk:

  • Select all or filter to specific items
  • Choose target marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Facebook, or all)
  • Staggered publishing to avoid rate limits
  • Progress tracking and error handling
  • Automatic retry for temporary failures

How It Works

Step 1: Upload Your Batch

After a sourcing trip, you might have 50 items to list. Previously, you’d process each one individually. Now:

  1. Create a new batch upload
  2. Drag in your photo folder (or zip file)
  3. AI automatically groups photos by item
  4. Verify groupings and confirm upload

Time: 2 minutes for 50 items

Step 2: Parallel Research

Once uploaded, AI research begins immediately on all items in parallel:

  • Product identification
  • Comparable sales analysis
  • Pricing recommendations
  • Title and description generation

You can watch progress or do other work. A notification alerts you when the batch is ready for review.

Time: 15-30 minutes for 50 items (running in background)

Step 3: Bulk Review

Open the batch in Review Queue:

  1. High-confidence items (green) can be bulk-approved
  2. Medium-confidence items (yellow) need quick individual review
  3. Low-confidence items (red) require detailed attention

Use filters to work through each tier efficiently.

Time: 20-30 minutes for 50 items

Step 4: Batch Publish

With items approved:

  1. Select all approved items
  2. Choose target marketplaces
  3. Click “Publish Batch”
  4. Monitor publishing progress

Time: 5 minutes to initiate, runs in background

Total Time: ~60 minutes for 50 items

Compare this to the traditional per-item workflow: 50 items x 15 minutes = 12.5 hours

That’s a 92% time reduction.

Use Cases

Estate Sale Liquidators

You acquire an entire estate—200+ items. Previously, this was weeks of work. With bulk automation:

  1. Photo session: 2-3 hours
  2. Batch upload and research: 1 hour
  3. Bulk review: 3 hours
  4. Publishing: 30 minutes

Total: One long day instead of weeks.

Thrift Store Flippers

Daily sourcing trips yield 20-30 items. The bulk workflow fits perfectly into an evening routine:

  1. Source in the morning
  2. Photo session after lunch (30 min)
  3. Upload and let AI work (while you do other tasks)
  4. Evening review session (30 min)
  5. Publish before bed

Next-day listing for every item, every day.

Part-Time Resellers

Weekend warriors can now process a week’s worth of acquisitions in a single session:

  1. Saturday: Sourcing and photography
  2. Sunday morning: Upload batch, let AI work
  3. Sunday afternoon: Review and publish

Monday morning, everything’s live.

Pricing and Limits

Bulk Listing Automation is available on all paid plans with the following limits:

Best Practices

Organize Photos Before Upload

While AI can group photos automatically, organized input produces better results:

  • Use consistent file naming (item001_front.jpg, item001_back.jpg)
  • Or separate items into subfolders
  • Include barcode photos first in sequence

Batch Similar Items Together

Categories research faster when grouped:

  • All electronics in one batch
  • All clothing in another
  • All books/media together

AI learns patterns within a batch, improving accuracy for similar items.

Schedule Research Strategically

Parallel research uses system resources. For best performance:

  • Upload large batches during off-peak hours
  • Start research before leaving for the day
  • Let it complete while you’re not actively using the system

Review in Confidence Tiers

Don’t work through the queue randomly:

  1. Bulk-approve all 90%+ confidence items first
  2. Then review 70-90% items
  3. Finally, handle low-confidence items individually

This maximizes throughput.

Getting Started

Bulk Listing Automation is rolling out now to all paid plans. Look for the “Batch Upload” button in your dashboard.

Start with a smaller batch (20-30 items) to learn the workflow, then scale up as you get comfortable.

Questions? Our support team has detailed documentation and can walk you through your first batch.
